Policies & good to know
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure (full refund minus gateway charges). 48–72 hours: 50% refund. Within 48 hours or no-show: no refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
If a departure is cancelled by NatureNest due to weather, forest-department closure or operator unavailability, you may reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.
Comfortable trekking shoes, a light rain jacket, a change of clothes for the waterfall, ID proof, sunscreen and insect repellent. Plastic bottles are restricted inside the forest zone.
30% advance confirms your seats. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before departure via UPI, bank transfer or cash to the trip coordinator at pickup.
